Bad quility goods - customer blamed without Proof

Electronics and household app.

I have a Samsung Tab III. I was using it one night, put it down on the coffee table to get the door. The next moment the screen was cracked. The tablet never fel, nor was it ever abused or used by anyone but myself. I took it to the Samsung walk in centre at Century City. 1stly, a long qeue of people with problems, waited more than 30 minutes for service, just to be told this won't be covered by waranty as I must have caused the damage. I explained this to the manager on duty who did nothing to even try and help. He just went back to his office. Today I got a quote for my insurance stating that I caused the screen to crack. This is totally unacceptable. Samsung must be aware of their shoddy workmanship, that's why the S4 come with a free screen repair.

I am totally disgusted. I have 2 contracts for renewal now, and it will defnitly not be Samsung.
