No service no sale

Walked into istore century city at 3.09. Two customers were already there, one being served the other just browsing, I left the store at 3.23 with not a greet, not a hello nothing. I want to buy and I'm an apple customer, but this is going to make me go and spend money in incredible connection as I get served there. Not happy with the service and you can't even blame it on being busy as it wasn't but two of the people at the service desk were quite happy to ignore me and carry in laughing and giggling about their conversation. Not good for apples reputation.
