Purple Fly Trading is not a professional company

This is the second time I have attempted to purchase from this company. Previously Shaen-Claude was off ill with no communication or backup, and I was left with having to purchase elsewhere. I have placed another order on their site. I called an hour ago and was told the person handling my order would respond asap - still nothing. I fully expect that as per the previous occasion I will still be waiting days from now. I have since examined the feedback on hellopeter for this company, and it seems that compliments only ever occur immediately after a complaint. Which leads me to believe that there something fishy going. A previous complainant on hellopeter has also noted this. In short, don't waste your time and money with this company. Rather go with more established and reputable companies; who will provide satisfactory customer and product service.
