LG & United Services (0184626498) bad combination

We bought fridge and freezer uprights on 26 August 2013 through AJR Potch (0182946622) and immediately we noticed there was something wrong with the fridge. We contacted LG who referred us back to the supplier who then made "arrangements" with United Services (0184626498) in Klerksdorp so that they United Services could bring out a technician to have a look at the fridge.
After not getting any assistance, we called again LG and they informed us that United Service is actually the services technician of our area (Potch/Klerksdorp).
It's really frustrating dealing with United Services because they don't show up when we make arrangement to come to our house, they don't call or say anything. We take time off work for their no-shows. And every time we call we get the same answer that "tomorrow they are coming to Potch"... And LG on the other hand does not want to send out another technician because United Service covers our area.
We are now thinking of actually sending back the set and get our money so that we could buy from Bosch (at least they have technicians in Potch)!!!
