Over a year and dozens of calls later, no repairs

Miele may have some of the world's best consumer electronics products... but Miele South Africa seems to have the worlds WORST aftersales support!

A year and a half after receiving a faulty fridge from Miele South Africa, the problem is still not resolved.

I must have called Miele now over two dozen times, been told someone will call me back soon and asked for time to understand the issue more times than I care to remember.

The issues has been escalated up to the service manager for resolution over six months back, and still nothing has been resolved. The worste part is that even he does not have the curtesy to return a call to understand what is happening with the case.

I had a lovely experience with Miele in UK and therefore still believe in the brand quality, but think carefully about what you may experience locally in South Africa.
