Normally when one buys a cellphone you pay and leave... not with CACELL. They gave me a R200 samsung voucher which was not part of the deal (a bonus for me) and a samsung rep setup my phone. I was even told to rate the service levels on this site and pricecheck so in fact they care about there customers which was a big one for me.
