After threats from me to report iGear to the SAP, they came back with threats to report my transaction as. Turns out I misunderstood how to order from their site. After a few punches back and forth, the referee stepped in and stopped the fight. iGear did their best to sort out the that's their fault (if someone doesn't understand how to use your site, whose fault is it really? I've been buying online for many, many years)
Any case, they managed to remove the sour taste from my mouth, but to be honest, it's easier to purchase through other channels, and I think in future I'll follow those other channels. However, no hard feelings towards iGear. They're not skelm, as I thought at first.
