Assisted efficiently after a salesman resigned

I received a faulty router when i ordered, so i requested a replacement and all was going well until the salesman in charge of my order suddenly stopped pitching. it would later come to light that he will not be coming back. so for a few days things were at a standstill, then about 3 days later the product manager Byron Chadband calls me and he suddenly sorts everything out lightning fast. i had the new router the following morning and it was working flawlessly. Overall very impressed, and their prices are severely competitive and industry leading
