Refund not processed after 45 days

My Student number is 45690758, I requested for a refund on my registration money on 24/02/2013 through this email address finan@unisa.ac.za and the turn around time for my query to be resolved is 21 days, the 21 days have passed and still nothing has been communicated to even after numerous attempts to get a hold of your department on the following numbers 0124294299 and 0124292441 I am still in the dark in this regard. Today is 45 days and no refund has not been processed yet! luckily enough I was able to get throug to one of the numbers and Reynold advised that my cheque is at the printers from the 28th of February.

please can you refund my money I wont wait another 21 DAYS
