Really? 2-3 months to refund fees?

My son was enrolled for a course to study at City Varsity in 2013. He decided not to continue with the course and we requested a refund of funds as per the contract on the 7th of January 2013. Just more than a month before the academic year was scheduled to begin. After many emails, phone calls and re-submission of request the refund was promised to be processed with a fair warning that it will take some time. This some time is now weeks along the line and today I received an email (After regularly requesting an update on the status) that the finance department will try to finalize the refund by end of this month. I am sorry, City Varsity had no problem asking for the money before a certain date/time to allow some discount but on the reverse the service is absolutely unacceptable!

I am sorry City Varsity, you have a handful of wonderful and helpful staff but by stalling and ignoring the problem you are making it worse. Settle the matter and clear your name!
