Garnish Order Received But Dad is Account Holde

In 2006 I did my matric through intec college, I was 17 at the time and my father enrolled me to finish my matric. A few weeks back I got a garnish order from intec college saying I have not paid my study fees, I did not know anything about this, as I was the STUDENT and NOT the Account Holder!!! Now I have a bad name against me, and I DID NOT sign this contract. My dad did. Why should I pay If I did not sign anything???

My boss is deducting R600 from my salsary every moth to pay to SD COETZEE INC
I feel this is really unprofessional and unfair because It is causing conflict between my and my employer. as i did not know nothing about this. Please go and knock on the door for the person responsible and who signed the contract. I could have not signed, I was 17 at the time. Please take my name off your system. I would like to receive direct feedback from you regarding this situation. Beacuse I really think its unprofessional for you to send a direct garnish order to someone who did not know of any outstanding moneys whatsoever. How can you hold the student responsible for something if I did not sign anything and i WAS UNDER AGE??? And charge a hefty 15.50 interest rate??
