NO FEEDBACK FROM UNISA... ONCE AGAIN!!!

I was registered in January for my Postgrad Diploma in Acc Sciences. I have since 7 Feb, sent FOUR requests via MyUnisa for my FAC4861 module to be cancelled, and 5 emails, however NOTHING has been done yet.

The postgrad registration just puts the phone down when you call them (after 9 attempts) and the normal registrations dept can't assist me because it is postgrad. How do you call yourself an academic institute when your students can NEVER get hold of ANYONE!!! Now I know I'm going to get a response here saying you'll forward my query to the relevant dept, let me just tell you I've previously complained on here about service at Unisa and they only came back to me about 3 weeks after you've said you've forwarded the relevant complaint to that dept.

I need to know when is this cancellation of the study unit going to be processed??
