Really Pathetic

Hi. I enrolled with Damelin in 2010 for and Events Management Course we took a loan and paid the full amount in 3 months.
Since I enrolled it has been an uphill battle, no assistance from them what so ever.
I paid my exam fee in 2011, never go to write it. email and phone calls to them, when unanswered.
I only eventually got everything sorted out the beginning of last year eventually got an exam date, wrote the exam in June. Phoned in September found out I passed, gave them my details where to send my Certificate.
I phoned them Beginning of June to find out where my certificate is, they gave me the tracking number.
Tracked the parcel, they sent it to the wrong address end of September, luckily it was returned to them.
I phoned them again. They said sorry, gave me a new tracking number and said it was posted again.
I tracked it for four weeks and kept on getting a message it does not exist.
I phoned them again four times after all kind of stories (it must be the post office ext ext.)
The Manager phoned me, said she is sorry they were actually lying to me, and she does not know when it will be sent I must phone them in another 2 weeks to find out when they will be able to?
