Pathetic service

I would like to register to do my BCom honours - On 2 separate occasion towards the end of last year, I tried to make an enquiry to register online, but no one got back to me even after receiving responses to say that some one would attend to my query. I also tried calling UNISA, but also with little success. I then tried to register online, but again without success. I then went to their offices in Kerk Street JHB yesterday, but it was full. The lady that I spoke to suggested that I come today early in the morning when it is quiet. To my utmost horror when I arrived this morning, I was told they are all in a meeting and will be out in the next 45 minutes to an hour. I have literally given up hope. Not only have I now missed out on first semester, but I don't think they are interested at all.
