PGCE registration confirmation & no study material

I registered & paid for a PGCE Intermediate Phase on the 21 January 2013 and to date have not received word as to whether I have been accepted for the course. I am concerned that should there be assignments to complete in the near future I will be placed at a disadvantage because I will not have received study material in time to produce a successful assignment. I have contacted the call centre/helpdesk on several occasions, however, the agents could not assist me. Instead they referred me to a Mr Kekana at kekansm@unisa.ac.za who has not bothered to resolve my query. This only indicates that the quality of services at unisa has gone down the drain, which was not so a few years ago when i studied at the institution.
