Failure to comply to regulations / False advertising

I registered with Intec under the impression the higher diploma is SETA and NQF accredited. I paid upfront for the entire course. I recieved no documentation, material nor assistance. To date no responses are recieved on my enquiries and I am still awaiting my exam times for November. I am trying to move my studies to another institute or obtain my money back. The alternate institute mentioned that they cannot recognise my higher diploma or the credits as it is not registered in that way. Please help. I want a full refund.
