Absent from exam

I did my education practicals as I am registered for postgraduate certificate in Education and I completed my practicals and submitted on time but the results keeps on saying absent from exam. I even have proof of submission, I emailed the lecturer and the exam department but no one is willing to assist??? I can't repeat a year module whereas I have done it, it is really unfair
