Cancellation made impossible

Its so frustrating how I been trying to get anything done by Intec. Since May 2016, I have been sent from pillar to post. Whenever they call they will always promise to deliver but till now I havent been helped. My money goes off every single month on time, FOR WHICH EDUCATION? I dont care much about the refund now. These damn people need to de-register me so I can register with an institution that will offer value for money. I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS. We cant fight the Socio-economic issues and still continue to fight for fairness and common sense in Africa. God bless the child that will assist people like us!!
