Unisa
CANNOT GRADUATE AS THEIR RECORDS INCOMPLETE

I have completed my degree and now upon querying with the graduation department been informed that their records reflect my status as "incomplete". I am now told to get records printed and get the records audited and sent to the graduation department. i have now called no less than 10 telephone numbers and cannot get assistance. This delay in my graduation is completely due to Unisa not being able to attend to their own admin. It is pretty straight forward. 40 modules are required. 40 modules are completed. i am done. why do i have to attend to Unisa's admin. I dont work for them, they should do their job!!!
