My daughter goes to the school, when we parents complained about the conduct of the school, we were written letters that said things have been that way since 1985, and nothing is going to change. I complained about the fact that no teacher has ever discussed my child's progress with me, there is no involvement of parents in any decision making, as long as we cough up money. I don't know where I can report these people and I hope Hellopeter can help.
