Registration problems

We applied already in 2013 at the Rustenburg branch of UNISA for my son to study Health and Safety Management. We thought everything was fine and he even got his Studentnumber.from UNISA The next step for him was to write his Gr12 exam, wait for his results and continue with his GR12 certificate to register for the Diploma course. As we got there on the 7th of January, we were told that he was registered for a Degree in Social Work??? We asked the lady at Rustenbug branch of UNISA just to rectify their mistake so that I can pay for the correct course. She phoned me on the 8th of January to inform me that their was a problem, UNISA don't want to change the course to the correct Diploma, but she will talk to them again today. WHAT IS GOING ON, they make a mistake and don't want to rectify it?
