Bad attitude

I must express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with regards to the attitude of the creche owner. When we tried to contact her on numerous occasions for certain concerns, she ignored all calls, SMS's, and voicemails, and claims that she never received them. When confronted, we provided her with proof and she still claimed that she did not receive them and also diverts constantly from the issues on hand, and claims that she is in meetings during the day, what meetings would one have to attend if your business is running a creche? After all this is not a multimillion rand company that one is running...
