Hold on money in personal bankaccount

I cancelled my subiscripion on the 21 nov 2013 after i have joined on the 20 nov 2013. The company placed a hold on R5000 in my bankaccount and i am struggeling to get the hold off. I phoned and mailed several times but it gets me nowhere.
