Egistered me for the wrong subject

I registered with unisa in early January 2013 for 2 subjects unisa took my cash and failed to register me for my other subject. No response no contact from them on the matter. No call centre who do i call to rectify the matter. When you email the email addy all you get is a reference number. What should I do with that??? Registration has now closed... How long should I wait for them. Student No 40788857
