TORQUE IT's SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

3 delegates from my company, myself included, wrote CompTIA exams at Torque IT in Tygervalley. All three of us experienced exam simulator problems during the exam and were unable to answer a few of the questions. We escalated this to Torque IT, who passed the buck onto Peason VUE and CompTIA, even though we explained that the issue was not with the questions in the exam, but with the actual simulator. Torque IT apparently don't want to acknowledge this and keep passing the buck onto their suppliers. The same issue occurred yesterday (29/11/13) when I write my second CompTIA exam with them. To date, they have taken absolutely NO responsibility for this, after all of the money our company has spent with them - so much for being "customer-service orientated". Definitely would not recommend them to ANYONE.
