I joined a management course in November 2012 and during this specific month, laptops were awarded to new student joining (not sure if anyone actually received theirs). We are now at 29 January, 2 months later and I still haven't received anything of this sort. Is this a? I have piles of emails and empty promises. Now I wonder if I complete my course after 2 years, will I receive my diploma? Or is this also a?
