Have not received payment and get no reply to msgs

I started in May and have never received my salary on time. When I was forced to resign because I wasn't receiving payment and couldn't pay my debit orders I was accused of having no integrity and should be grateful for any payment I receive. I have sent numerous emails, tried calling them and have sent sms's but just get ignored. Have opened a case at the labour department. They owe me over half of my August salary and for my last 2 weeks of working in September. There is no business etiquette, they attacked me personally for asking for my money and have not replied to any emails or even told me when or how they intend to pay me.
