Unauthorised debit orde

I wrote a report about unauthorised debit orders to stratcol and they responded that i must send them particulars of those transactions to [Email Removed] which i did, i even sent an email to [Email Removed] and they said one one of their consultants will call me back but until today nothing is happening. i am very disappointed because because i thought they will help so now i believe that i will never get my moni back, the only thing that is left for me to do is to close my bank account because it shows that stratcol is still going to debit my account, first month it was 670 second month was 960 to surely this month will be 1160 and am a single parent who cant afford to have this kind money debited from my account and have my kids starve. startcol am very sad and disappointed *crying*
