Illegal debit order on nedbank acc

I noticed that R99 has been deducted from my acc I went to the bank to claim the payment back which they did only to find that this month they have taken double payments which added up to almost R400 I dont know what to do I never gave them permission to deducted money from my acc and I dont even have any phone no. To contact them can anybody help me
