No1 interested to help me out

I've registered for a Pc course in January 2013, and upon registering I was entitled to receive a gift (tablet) in February 2013,

Since then I have not gotten anything, with numerous phone calls been made to sort this out.

I think I have spoken to 4 people who were supposedly able to help me out, 2 of which I had forgotten their names, tanya and Tazneem however spoke to me when I called in and all of them said the same thing " apologies we will sort it out. I got a case number and still to date nothing done.

This is really frustrating and annoying.

I don't know who to ask to help me out..no 1 seems to bother..

Should I not get this sorted out, probably the press will have to do it for me.

This might have happened to other students as we'll..
