Jessy at Dispatch has a terrible attitude

I emailed Unisa on the 28th of June to let them know that one of my Study Guides was not received via post. Jessy at Despatch@unisa.ac.za has replied this morning saying that the study material was posted and it has been collected. I have replied to explain to Jessy that I did indeed collect my material. This is how I know that this Study Guide was left out, although it was on my inventory letter. Jessy's only response is to repeatedly send me a copy of the trip label from a 'noreply' email address. I find this to be extremely rude after I have repeatedly explained the problem to Jessy in clear, simple English. Please could someone assist me with not only getting my Study Guide sent to me, but to get Jessy to understand that I am the paying customer and this treatment is exceptionally rude and not at all professional. One would expect more from a world-renowned University. As it is, I have waited for over two weeks for a response as there is no contact number, only email addresses and a number to SMS. Please UNISA, hire staff that have the level of intelligence to be able to understand an email and reply in a courteous and timely manner.
