Intec College
Intec College takes your money, but no reponse

It is with extreme irritation and frustration that I have to report the over all or rather lack of customer service I have experienced with Intec College. This entity is an educational body, and a complete laugh a minute. They have railroaded me to extremes I absolutely can not accept. I enrolled in a senior certificate programme. I have no desire to enter into the sciences and just wanted to do a normal course that would enable me to be granted university access. Despite my clear instructions, I received material for Pure maths and subjects that are a complete overkill for what I wanted to accomplish. Prior to receiving the material 2 MONTHS after I enrolled (I ask you???) they proceeded to deduct monthly debit orders off my account of R847.00 each month, irrespective of me sending deregistration documentation and countless emails.
I have attempted to stop the debit order with my bank, and guess what, they can't stop it. Inview of Intec preventing this. Since when does another company you engage have Carte blanch of your bank acount!!
I want this sorted out immediately. I am so incredibly angry, that I will stop at nothing to publish this to all and sundry. I want answers NOW!!
