Fast to take money but slow to give service

I took a option to study through them and whilst busy studying another direction in my work took place and I had to change my study into another direction as well, whilst trying to change (speaking to many people that only passed the buck) I spoke to a person that said its possible I can change but not cancel. All will be the same just a different course. Mean while I received a mail telling me Im in arrears with another company and that my monthly payment wont be 451 anymore according to the vetting something, I must pay 30% deposit and then the rest in R1500 monthly for 6 months?? I choice Intec because they made it easy to pay monthly instalment's, but now suddenly my credit records aint good enough but its even better than it was when I applied??? I want to cancel with Intec, I dont want to have a certificate with a college like this no thank you!! I dont want them to contact me aswell, they are very fast to take debit orders for months now, but Im not being helped. Im finished with them. I wount refer anyone to Intec eve
