Illegal debits on my account

I was going through my transactions and came across unauthorized debits of R99 & R89 rand, i called Stratcol and was told my money was debited by Top Addz, and was given 3 contact details and all the lines say number invalid, how do i escalate this seems they have been doing this for months.
