At my wits end

I am at my wits end. How difficult is it to advise a student whether they are registered. I was temporarily registered and then paid the minimum amount online. I have received no confirmation that I am registered. Have I thrown the money away? They are very quick to take your money but drag their feet when it comes to confirmation. I would like to start with my assignments! Please can someone just tell me what is going on? Student number: 41528778
