Poor Service Levels and Non Conformance

Dear Sugan

I am appalled by the extremely poor or no service levels from RDS DrIveways. I paid my deposit and the work commenced two week ago and yet my driveway still remains the same with the rubble lying on the road.

You site Manager Leon is useless. I have spend R600 in calls and he does not return calls and ignores them, not to mention the time wasted.

I did indicate that I had a function at my home scheduled for tomorrow. I have now had to cancel because the tarring which was promised to be completed by Friday 05 April 2013 was never done. This has also cost me more money. I was given a reason that you ran out of tar premix. How does a so called reputable company run out of tar.

I am tired of being * around.

You guys need to up your game and I promise to never use you again. I will also not recommend you to other people and will surely inform the tabloid as well.
