Stay far away!

Clinton Jacoby makes the one promise after the other without delivery on any promise. A wall which was supposed to have taken 2 weeks is still not completed - 5 months after the fact. Basically came with a excuse that he don't have money to continue with my job - even after I gave him 60% upfront - so gave him another 20% - 80% in total - since he promised he can then finish my work... that was 5 months ago. So now I have paid 80% of the job and have 5 half built pillars. The pillars is far from finished though and every second day it's just another excuse. The quality of work is also of very low standard which I'm promised each time will fixed.

Please don't do business with this guy since you'll also just lose your money.
