Bad kitchen installation

This branch has closed. Too many complaints perhaps? Kitchen cupboards were fitted in March 2011. Badly measured so 1 cupboard covers half a wall plug and the cover had to be left off, main switch is now illegal (was told that "customers don't like to see the ugly DB board", skirtings don't fit properly. Apprentice fitter was used to do the job. Every time we called him back to fix a problem we got bad attitude as he had to pay the driver R300 out of his pocket. The tiler said we shouldn't pay the balance of the money as it was a very shoddy job but I couldn't face a fight. This New Years' Eve microwave shelf started collapsing. Today's phone call informs me that there is only 1 year guarantee on workmanship, so I will have to pay for the repair. I will get another company to do it.
