DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY

This company quoted us for work we wanted to be done. A deposited of R18, 000 were paid to them on 28/1 and R3000 cash on 30/1 to enable them to buy material as proposed in their quotes. They arrived on 29/1 to commence with the work, 2 teams and ready to go. The promise was that the bathroom should take roughly 6 days and the flat 2 weeks. A small portion of the building material arrived. More money were asked for as building material were required. Nothing arrived. The excuse was that he had problems with his account at Builders Warehouse. All work on the flat stopped, and they only worked on the bathroom. This guy is hardly ever on site and never available. You have to deal with his wife Nita. After not pitching for work several times we demanded our money back, and later demanded that the work be done and finished, or we want our money back. They never pitched again and is now demanding payment of all money as per his quotes. Untill we paid this they will not be doing any further work. This is ridiculous, and we will now be taking legal action. We are sitting without a bathroom for 3 weeks, and the flat cannot be used at all.
