Undelivered service & deposit not paid back

On the 1st July 2022, l paid Gustav Hoekstra a deposit of R14 525.50 for doors for my new property. He promised to deliver a week later. A month later we still dont have our doors. I demanded a refund which he promised to pay but all l get is excuse after excuse. He's soft spoken and very believable but that's he's way of scamming people of their hard earned money. Never ever do business with this man. He's bad news. Run, run very fast. Some of the reviews l read date back to 2013. So he's been long in this game and keeps getting away with murder. At what point are consumers protected??? Why can't he get arrested or be forced by the law to sell his assets to pay everyone he owes. Something has to be done. Soon!!! Before he robs more innocent customers.
