Gustav Hoekstra robbed us of R40, 000. He pretends to be a carpenter, and even has (had?) a website. He quoted us for the manufacturing and installation of wooden doors and windows, but just stole the deposit, and never delivered anything. He was very quick to come out and give a quote, and very slick in closing the deal by offering discount.
