Pathetic service/hopeless salesman

I went into the Pool Team in Stoneridge, Edenvale to buy two boxes of Pool Magic Stain Remover. They couldnt sell it to me as the product wasn't in there system. The black man at the counter then phoned four other branches to try get the price of the item but none of them had the item on their system. I waited 45 minutes in total before they told me sorry, but we cant sell you the item because we have no price for it. I think it is the most ridiculous story ever. How can you possibly hope to do business if you mess your customers around like this and waste there time. I, for one, will never go back or do business again.
