Ideal Face PMB - stay away!!

We purchased bricks from Ideal Face. These bricks took ages to arrive, didn't arrive consistently and many of them were broken, damaged, oackaged badly and the wrong colour.

I was sworn at by their sales guy when I pulled them up on it and since then cannot get anyone to return my calls, give me accurate information or give me a recon on the account. Delivery notes are missing and I have returned bricks that I cannot get a credit for.

A complete shambles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
