Life time Guarantee that means nothing

I had paving installed by Boss Paving during April 2008 and was given a life time guarantee. Now that I have problems like subsidence and loose bricks nobody is contacting me after sending numerous e-mails. Very impressive web site, but I can promise you it is all hog wash. Handing them over to my lawyer.
