Worse service ever from maintenance provide

I had nothing but a bad experience dealing with this company. I had a fridge picked up on the 20th of November. I asked to be quoted to replace the rubbers on both doors. I was quoted R750 for collection and replacement of the rubbers by Marco apparently the owner. He phoned me a week later telling me that there was nothing wrong with the rubbers and that the fridge has a gas blockage which they repaired. I stressed my point to him again that I asked for the rubbers to be replaced and that I was not happy that he did not do what I have already paid for. He returned my fridge promising that he would order the rubbers and come to my house to fit it before they closed for Christmas. Needless to say that never happened. I made contact with the shop again in the new year yet every time I phoned Marco was not there or not available. After threatening to report them he had one of his guys contact us and come and measure the rubbers to replace it. This has now been a week ago and still no word from them. To top it all they took a door tray from my second fridge and have not replaced it since the end of November. It is the worst service I have ever received and feel that this company does
