Financial losses because I used Keerans Designs

I contracted Morris Saman from Keeran Designs [URL Removed] to shop fit my new clothing store. I paid the 75% deposit and he assured me all will be completed in time for our grand opening on the 01 July.

I was unable to open as I had no shopfitting installed by the 01 July.By the 25th July I had some shopfitting installed. I had to cancel promotions, a fashion show and occurred huge financial losses, as we were unable to trade properly.

Morris told me that he needed more money to buy materials; as he comes across as a sincere person, committed to the job, I paid further monies to him. To date I have paid him for the full job and more and I am still missing a big part of my shop fitting. He also part of my old shopfitting.

He didn't allow enough space between hanging shelves and I now can't use them properly. Some of the spraypainting is done badly and some shelves come apart. All in all, his reasonable quotation is turning out to be almost three times as expensive.

I have laid charges of against him and will claim for damages to my business. The police is investigating.
