Affordable Balustrading refused supply after quote

Affordable Balustrading claim the follwoing on their adverts. "We can design any style you might required". I supplied a picture of a very simple balustrade, which I receive d a quote for. Morne then came to my house to take measurements and told me he would do a drawign of the balustrade and send this to me for approval.
never receivd the drawing or further communicaiton. After much difficulty to obtain a response I was told that I must supply the drawign, even though a picture was supplied. When I notified Affordable Balustrading that I am not a draoughts person and can not draw they told me to talke my business to wroght Iron suppliers.
