Appalling service

This company was contracted to renovate the bathroom and one of the main projects with regard to that was the removal of the bath and installation of a shower in its place. After the third time of having to re-build the base of the shower, not almost two WEEKS behind schedule, they then proceeded to go behind our backs and cancel our tiler which we had booked in order to finish the bathroom by the weekend, without telling us anything. the way they spoke to us and handled the communication of the entire project is also unacceptable for any company. Sighing and huffing on the phone when we called to check on the work and complain about the service delivery.
