Dumping on the N4 near the Hans Strijdom offramp

On Saturday 25 May we approached two persons one wearing the company in question's overall. They were dumping dry walling and building rubble right next to the highway. When we asked them to pick up what they had dumped they refused. They did however stop. They did not think they were doing anything wrong and tried to dump a few meters further. We followed them until the Hans Strijdom where they drove towards Mamelodi.
