Owner Garth Prost too busy to attend complaint

I had worktops installed and reported a crack in the one surface upon my first inspection of the finished product. I have been told by Henriette Potgieter - administrator - that Garth Prost has my file on his desk, but has been to BUSY to call me since 13 March - it has now been two months.

Please ensure you do not give this vendor any additional business as he needs a break so that he may find the time to attend to my query of a cracked worktop.
